Happy tail.

Every single morning, a variation of this happens:


Usually the result is some cursing, scratching and eventually lots of laughing when I realize I'm fighting with my cat at 7am. Today the result was a happy tail after he realized I wasn't shooing him from his hiding spot.

It's no secret I've been a Mac/Apple/iAnything whore for many many years now. I really do try and push the products on as MANY people as I know and love as possible {Hi Karley reading this on her new Mac!} After Mary got her 4S iPhone this week, it really made me realize the most fun text conversations I have take place among iPhone users for one reason, and one reason only.

Emoji.

They can be used for story telling.






Filling in the blanks.



Added emphasis.



Nicknames.



Laziness.



And what Shannon and I NEVER grow tired of, making random objects...well, see for yourself.









Though I have to say my very favorite was minutes after Mary downloaded the app, and receiving this message.



I have a feeling I'll be watching White Christmas in no time!

What's a girl to do when her unmade bed is full of clean, unfolded clothes?



Fix an impromptu bed on the floor of course!



Though it might sound weird to most, sleeping on the floor is one of my secret most favorite things ever. It reminds me 100% of growing up and my KiKi. I fall asleep with a smile on my face each and every time. : >

ps, Does anyone else have an asshole cat who loves warm clean clothes? No? Didn't think so.
