I made this :: Panzanella Salad

Grilled Greek Panzanella Salad by Shutterbean.  I think you should, too!
I 86'ed the kalamata olives simply because I only had about half a jar and they were already being used for a pasta dish I was making that night.  I also added in green beans, oven broiled my bread vs grilling it because I'm unstoppable. Oh, and I used an orange and yellow pepper vs orange and red because I already had red in the salad from the tomatoes and I'm color OCD.




I strongly suggesting eating it outside on your patio, with fresh iced sun tea, newly manicured toenails and your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/sister/brother/dog/mom/dad.  It will taste better that way.  Trust me.
